I purchased the praised Esab 215ic based on how great the KMS warranty was supposed to be as well as I was told by the sales person how great these are and he has never seen one returned . Boy was I a fool!!
Broke down February this year brought it in they sent it away and ever since I’ve only gotten excuses but no machine. Was finally offered a loaner machine that might weld soup cans together so I declined but recently was offered a better machine that I could buy until my machine was fixed at that time I’d get a refund ( what a joke) at the time of buying it and what made me buy it was I was told if machine was still under warranty and they couldn’t fix it I’d get a new one to replace it and if they are discontinued I’d get the next one equal or better to replace it with. So far I got nothing but excuses and crappy loaner offers . Now I know what the sales person meant by never seen one returned once you send it in to get fixed you’ll never see it again ( over 6 months) pretty lame service
